Packages
Cancellation policy/missed appointment fee
Any appointment can only be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance and this does not include weekend days. Late cancellation fee is 100% of the appointment fee charge. Use your Acuity confirmation email or the remainder email and follow the cancellation/rescheduling link. You will receive a confirmation email when you book your appointment. You will receive a remainder 4 days before your appointment. All missed appointments will be charged at 100%.
Remedies
Unless you visit my office your prescription will include a link for you to purchase the remedies from your homeopathic pharmacy. In the UK this is usually Helios. In the USA usually Source Homeopathy. You can choose any homeopathic pharmacy.
FEES:
Payment for your consultation can be in US Dollars, GBP or Euros. You will be able to pay by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. After the consultation you will be sent an invoice. You can just click on the invoice itself and either select to enter your card details or to pay with a Paypal account. Fees are due at each consultation.
