Candida diet

There are many books on the Candida diet. The one I used myself and find very helpful is: 'Beat candida cookbook' by Erica White. It contains over 300 recipes which are a great help when trying to stick to a diet. The book is available on Amazon.

Food to avoid:
Sugar and sugar substitutes
Glutenous grains
High sugar fruit and juices
Processed meats
Moldy nuts and seeds
Condiments with added sugar
Milk and cheese
Refined and processed vegetable oils
Alcohol
Caffeine

Food to eat:
Non starchy vegetables
Low sugar fruits
Non glutenous grains
Healthy proteins
Some fermented dairy products
Low mold nuts and seeds
Healthy fats and oil
Fermented foods
Non-caffeinated drinks
Drink a lot of water
